Charlie Sheen Could Go To Jail For Lying About HIV

Earlier today, Charlie Sheen’s ex-girlfriend – former adult star Bree Olson – told The Howard Stern Show that Sheen did not tell her that he was HIV positive, despite the fact she was with him at the time.

Unfortunately, she wasn’t the only woman to sleep with Sheen who was mislead about his HIV status.

According to TMZ, multiple women are set to sue Charlie Sheen for not disclosing his HIV condition, which is a crime in some states (including California).

“The law is clear… anyone with a communicable disease who ‘willfully exposes another person’ is guilty. There was a case this past March in which a San Diego man was convicted of the crime for willfully exposing his boyfriend to HIV. He was later sentenced to 6 months in jail.”

At least six women have lawyered up in the last 24 hours and plan to sue Charlie Sheen for intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, sexual battery … and more are on the way.

A prominent Los Angeles lawyer tells TMZ, the 6 women contacted him Monday, and he has appointments with 4 more today.

The women claim they had both protected and unprotected sex with Sheen, as recently as last month, and he did not disclose his HIV status.

The fact that Charlie Sheen admitted that he believes the HIV is no longer prevalent in his blood during his ‘Today Show’ interview seems to be the self-admission for most that he did indeed have the disease.

Now it’s up to the women to prove that he didn’t tell them/lied about his condition – easier said than done.
