There was a time, in the not so distant past, where Hilary Duff was a child actor. Now she’s an adult actor, wearing see-through shirts without a bra to a place where children gather.
Duff was at Legoland near San Diego over the weekend where she decided to show off some skin, which apparently had some parents and fellow theme park guests not so thrilled.

Now, perhaps it just the shirt playing some mind tricks on us, but that probably wasn’t the best choice of wardrobe considering the locale.
