It’s been a year and a half since popular adult starlet Madison Ivy nearly lost her life in a horrific car accident. But multiple surgeries later, Ivy is back doing what she loves after her first scene ‘Ivy’s Return’ was released just weeks ago.
The huge San Francisco 49ers fan and Guy Hut favorite took to Instagram recently where she opened up about the accident and showed off a photo of herself which compared what she looked like after the crash and what she looks like now.
Needless to say, the transformation is nothing short of jaw dropping.

Barely a year and a half ago the photo on the Left was me… the photo on the Right is me today… Broken back fused together, I was 46 pounds & still needing multiple surgeries, wasn’t allowed to eat or drink for 6 months…. It took everything I had to make it… But sometimes the most painful stories, have a happy ending. Blessed just to be here ? Appreciate everything, believe in yourself. This is the first time I’ve ever posted a pic of how bad it really got.
