The San Francisco Giants still wear “traditional” uniforms, for the most part, but routinely add an alternate jersey into the fold and have seemingly done so since the early 2000’s.
This season will be no different as the San Francisco Giants 2015 alternate jersey will feature the Golden Gate bridge.
Potentially paying tribute to their extremely popular black jersey which the team wore a few years back, the new threads will follow suit but this time will have an orange piping down the entire front of the jersey.
On the left chest plate to be worn by Buster Posey, Madison Bumgarner and company will be the Giants’ “SF” logo, which they wore on their Sunday alternate jerseys last season. The arm sleeves will also incorporate the orange stripe, but perhaps the best part of the whole look is the new patch which includes the Golden Gate bridge.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the Giants incorporate the California icon into their arsenal as they also used it during their 2010 World Series Champions logo, but it looks to be the first time they’ve done so on a jersey.
The Giants’ new look somewhat replicates the Baltimore Orioles’ black jersey, but when you share the same color combinations, it’s hard not to do such.
Overall, it’s a pretty solid look.
