Say what you will about King James, but the basketball superstar dealt with a lot during the NBA Finals. Completely ignoring the pressure he was facing, multiple members of the Golden State Warriors did their best to get in the head of LeBron James – including Draymond Green who eventually sat out Game 5 in-part because of it. But he wasn’t the only member of Dub Nation to go at James, no, that included Steph Curry who tried to talk trash to LeBron James and failed.
Both NBA superstars went chest-to-chest on more than one occasion during the Finals, though Game 7 seemed to be a tipping point and included Curry mouthing something to the Cavs’ franchise player which he apparently didn’t care for.
That lead to a few other players circling around before referees maintained control of the situation.
So what did Stephen Curry say to LeBron James? Nobody really knows, except for those who were on the court. Though it did happen just seconds after this…
Perhaps Steph was just congratulating ‘Bron on yet another impressive block.
Yeah, that’s it.
At least the trash talk didn’t reach the levels of Michael Jordan making Kevin Garnett cry or anything.
