It seems Johnny Football can do no right – even when it comes down to a rooting interest in an opposing football team, because Johnny Manziel was caught rooting for the Patriots on Sunday afternoon.
Manziel, who was in Dallas (again) was seen partying and rooting for Tom Brady and the Pats against Peyton Manning‘s Denver Broncos according to Terez Owens.

Of course, there’s no rule against rooting for another NFL team, though, it is a little odd considering Manziel doesn’t really have any reason to root for New England. That said, this will probably be made into a far larger deal than it would be if another NFL player, who was not playing in the playoffs, rooted for another team in the postseason.
Heck, just last week a handful of Cincinnati Bengals professed their rooting interest in the Broncos when they defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Either way, kind of a dumb move on the part of Johnny Football in regards to the partying.
