It’s not going to be a happy holiday season for 33-year-old physical education teacher Lindsay Himmelspach, as the California educator is now facing serious legal issues after having a threesome with two of her students.
Two different students reported the California based teacher for engaged in individual sexual acts with them and also reported that Himmelspach had a threesome with them on another occasion.
That was on top of the teacher sending both students explicit text messages, pictures and videos.
The prosecutor added that the teacher had abused her position of power and trust by having relationships with the two victims, and had deliberately organised places to meet away from the school so as to avoid being caught.
Himmelspach had reportedly also shared sexually explicit videos with both boys.
A decision over whether Himmelspach should be placed on the sex offenders’ list has been postponed by the judge until a hearing later this year.
Unlike many other teachers who’ve been arrested for having sex with their students, it’s expected that Lindsey will actually avoid serious jail time as her initial sentencing only included 120-days in county jail.
