I’ve seen a lot of unique locker room celebrations in my time, though the New York Mets might have turned things up a notch after defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers in their NLDS.
That’s because the guys decided to create a beer Slip ‘N Slide at Dodgers Stadium.
Sadly, it wasn’t the most effective slip and slide we’ve ever seen – namely because carpet (no matter how wet) doesn’t really make a very good slick slide (even if there was a tarp on top), but the Mets certainly get bonus points for trying.
