I know I’m probably in the minority, but I’m not a huge Lil Wayne fan – at least from a musical standpoint. That said, you can’t deny his accomplishments in the rap field.
But what about outside of the studio? Well, you apparently don’t want to mess around with him on the basketball court because Lil Wayne tried to fight a referee at a charity basketball game.
It all started after he began to exchange words with the ref, who he was unhappy with after a variety of bad calls. That lead to Lil Wayne allegedly spitting on the referee and then, well, this:

Keep in mind, this charity basketball game was all in the name of non-violence. Seriously, that’s what they were attempting to promote, so if this Lil Wayne fight isn’t the most ironic thing you’ve ever seen….
Nobody was arrested and while cops were called, it doesn’t seem as if any charges will be pressed – at least not yet. The fact the Lil Wayne fight is getting so much publicity might change the fact, though everything is still alleged at this point.
