Going after a cartel leader is absurdly difficult, considering they have TOP FLIGHT SECURITY and enough guns to arm about 32-third world countries.

But you know what they don’t have?! Badass helicopters with mini guns.

The Mexican Police do, however and they decided to use it on drug lord El H2 after he continually slipped their grip.

Pretty sure they won’t have to worry about him escaping now.
