First off, I have to admit – I’m not a big fan of the whole ‘plus-size’ label mostly because the women who are given that title are not even close to ‘plus-size’.
Regardless, it is what it is and Sports Illustrated seems to be capitalizing on the recent surge of ‘plus-size’ models who are hitting it big in the industry. First there was Ashley Graham, who took home the cover of Sports Illustrated’s 2016 Swimsuit Issue. Now it might be the turn of Myla Dalbesio, who is taking the internet by storm.
For what it’s worth, there’s been no suggestions that Myla Dalbesio will be a cover girl, but we certainly wouldn’t be opposed to such.
