Science Says Working Out Is Bad For Your Sex Life

All that huffing and puffing you do while you’re getting it on? Best way to fix it is to workout, right? Get a little extra cardio in?

WRONG.

At least, according to science who says men who do cardio workouts are struggling in the sexual department.

Exposure to higher levels of chronic intense and greater durations of endurance training on a regular basis are significantly associated with a decreased libido scores in men. Clinicians who treat male patients for sexual disorders and, or council couples on infertility issues should consider the degree of endurance exercise training a man is performing as a potential complicating factor.

There was no mention of weight lifting, so perhaps you can still have some bad ass biceps while you unleash your dragon.
