Heat Offer Norris Cole, Birdman In Goran Dragic Trade To Suns

Goran Dragic 2

Miami Heat offer Birdman, Norris Cole and draft picks in Goran Dragic trade with the Phoenix Suns.

We’ve already heard about what the New York Knicks have offered for a Goran Dragic trade with the Phoenix Suns, now it’s the turn of the Miami Heat.

No, Miami doesn’t have a ton of assets to part with, though they have more than the Knicks and have offered Norris Cole, Josh McRoberts, Chris Andersen (Birdman) along with multiple draft picks in exchange for a Goran Dragic trade.

The thing that makes such an offer interesting are the two first-round draft picks. We don’t know if they have any restrictions on them, so it’s difficult to judge if its a fair offer for the Suns though they’ve been a team who has stock piled draft picks before.

Add in the Miami Heat could have a possible lottery pick this season if they call out of the playoffs, perhaps it’s something that will intrigue the Phoenix Suns considering Goran Dragic says he will likely leave in free agency and all but called out the Suns front office.

It’s not a ransom by any stretch, but it might be the best package the Suns can get in a potential Goran Dragic trade.
