For anybody that collections Jordan’s, they the sneaker game isn’t just a hobby – it’s a lifestyle. A very expensive lifestyle, at that, considering the prices of Jordan shoes can be well into the thousands (and sometimes more).
But what about the price tag on a pair of custom Jordan shoes which allow you to charge your Playstation 4 controller? Yes, you read that correctly as there are a pair of Jordan kicks in which you can charge your PS4. Well, at least that’s the look they give off.
Apparently using a pair of Military Blue” IVs, UK artist FreakerSNEAKS decided to get crafty and unleash this creation which is completely impractical (and not real) but that doesn’t make it any less neat.
Complete with a Playstation logo on one shoe while the other has a PS4 logo, each sneaker has a USB port to plug in your controller.
No, they do not work as there is obviously no power source to the shoe, so the design is nothing more than for looks. And even if they did, I probably wouldn’t charge my Playstation controller with my shoes (nor would Michael Jordan), though there’s probably some design guru at Nike foaming at the mouth at the possibilities of a sneaker that could actually do this.
