Might Kobe Bryant have a new teammate in the near future? It’s possible, this according to Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times who reports LaMarcus Aldridge is currently leaning towards signing with the LA Lakers.
Of course, as we’ve seen many times before, initial reports tend to be a little overzealous and often a player will change their mind.
Still, with a potential max contract waiting in the wings, the Portland Trail Blazers forward might be making a move to Southern California where he already owns a home in Orange County.
Heard that LaMarcus Aldridge was leaning toward Lakers, a sign that their brand is not only back but never went away despite appearances.

The Lakers are going to be the first team to meet with LaMarcus Aldridge, though they won’t be alone as the All-Star is set to visit the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, Dallas Mavericks, Toronto Raptors and more during NBA free agency.
It’s also been stated that both Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili are expected to be part of the Spurs recruting while Dwight Howard and James
