Snoop Dogg, Adam Levine Recruit LaMarcus Aldridge To Lakers

LaMarcus Aldridge

The Los Angeles Lakers haven’t exactly done well with free agents in recent history as they’ve whiffed on LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony in the past year. But that hasn’t stopped them from pulling out all their cards in their attempts to sign LaMarcus Aldridge.

That includes having popular music acts Snoop Dogg and Adam Levine of Maroon 5 aid in their recruiting efforts.

Actually, it doesn’t appear as if the Lakers themselves put the Grammy Award winners up to the task, but being the basketball fans that they are, they decided to sell Aldridge on the idea of LA by themselves on Twitter.

It remains to be seen if the efforts of Snoop Dogg and Adam Levine will be able to lure LaMarcus Aldridge to Southern California, though it has been rumored that the Lakers are atop Aldridge’s wish list.

Perhaps the most influential person to pitch LaMarcus Aldridge on the Los Angeles Lakers isn’t Snoop Dogg or Adam Levine, but Kobe Bryant, who is said to be part of the LA Lakers free agent pitch.
