Tuesday night’s new episode of HBO’s ‘Hard Knocks’ might have been the best we’ve seen in some time, though it wasn’t due to the action taking place on the football field.
That’s become one of the best moments in the show history took place about the halfway point of the episode, when NFL superstar and Houston Texans stud JJ Watt decided to take the Hard Knocks camera through the Texans equipment room to a little tucked away nook.
What did we find? A bed, which J.J. Watt put in place for himself, so he could take naps.
Keep in mind, this is a guy who tends to arrive at the Houston Texans facility in the early morning hours and may not leave until 10 or 11 at night, so it’s understandable that he needs a place to chill and relax during practices. But still, actually seeing the bed was pretty hilarious.
Watt went on to say that he’ll sneak back into the Texans equipment room and have some of the guys in the facility wake him up as a backup alarm in case he oversleeps.
Just when you thought you couldn’t love JJ Watt any more than you already do…
