Much has been made about New York Yankees legendary shortstop Derek Jeter and his excursions with famous (and not so famous) ladies. Needless to say, dude got around.
But perhaps the best part of that all is the fact that Jeter would send out complimentary gift baskets with autographed New York Yankees jerseys, baseballs and more – essentially a ‘thank you for coming’ memento.
Jeter has of course denied such, but the proof is out there.
So the question has to beg – did Derek Jeter give former teammate and Yankees catcher Jorge Posada a gift basket after it was alleged the two had an intimate relationship together?
According to Deadspin, Paul Priore has attempted to release a tell-all book about the Bronx Bombers suggesting the two former Yankees star had a thing going on.
Of course, there’s really nobody in the world that would believe such and Priore has more or less destroyed any type of credibility he would have ever had with other accusations.
But seriously – somebody needs to fire up Photoshop and get on creating a Derek Jeter gift basket for Jorge Pasada.
