Remember this Abi Ratchford In-N-Out video? Yeah, that one. Glorious, right?
Not only did it get Live Rich Media hundreds of thousands of views (along with Abi herself) but it was great promotion for the burger chain. Or at least, that was the assumption. I mean, who doesn’t love a beautiful woman pouring milk shakes over their way too small ‘kini?
In-N-Out apparently as they are now involving lawyers, this according to TMZ and it’s all part to get video of Abigail Ratchford banned.
At first viewing (second, third and fourth too) … the “Dream Girl” clip might seem like a great plug, but the burger bosses are worried customers will think they’re in bed with Ratchford — which they say doesn’t mesh with the company’s image.
It’s been said that all promotion – even bad promotion – is good promotion. And in no shape or form is this ‘bad’ promotion.
In fact, why they’d have a problem with it is a little silly considering it was essentially a free high quality commercial that promotes their products for an otherwise ‘small’ restaurant chain that doesn’t normally advertise on that type of medium.
So far, no word back from Live Rich Media on the banned Abigail Ratchford video.
