It starts out with hot weather girl Roxana Vancea standing in front of the green screen, talking about something in a rather excited manner. As the clip builds up, so does her enthusiasm which eventually leads to the hot weather girl bouncing around.
Only problem for this young lady? She’s wearing an absurdly tight shirt, showing a ton of cleav. And that allowed gravity to do what gravity does.
