Do you have a workout buddy? It certainly seems the way to get fit these days. No matter if you’re running in your neighborhood, hiking up a mountain or just hitting the gym, you’re apparently doing it wrong if you don’t have somebody there with you.
And if that’s the case, then I’m pretty sure I want Lindsey Pelas as my workout partner and I’m pretty sure you’re going to have the same wish.
The Louisiana native posted a photo to her Instagram recently which sent the internet into a frenzy, which is completely understandable after you look at the picture.
Needless to say, I’d pay for twenty gym memberships if this is the type of thing I saw during my workout.
