As you might recall, adult superstar Madison Ivy was in a terrible car accident earlier this year, though many thought the starlet was on the road to recovery.
Multiple surgeries later with more to come, Ivy suggests that’s not completely true and while she’s been trying to put on a smile every day, things are tough for the pint-sized beauty.
Madison Ivy took to Twitter today to let fans know of her struggles and provided news of what’s to come which appears to include multiple operations.
Been a crazy tough year and even though I have tried my hardest to present myself as well. The truth of the matter is, I'm not doing well…

Who knows when or if Madison Ivy will ever be back on your screen of choice – as it’s obvious our favorite San Francisco 49ers fan is having a difficult time on her road to recovery.
That all said, we have no doubts that she’ll come out of her terrifying journey with her typical high spirits and bright eyed attitude.
