I like fishing, but not necessarily for just the camaraderie of hanging out with my buddy, Al B. Core.
Al likes to take his ArrowCat and fish for cobia in the Gulf of Mexico off the beautiful Mississippi city of Biloxi. He takes his catches and fries them and blackens them for dinner and says he make what he calls Cobia Cobbler for dessert.
I think Al is making up the stuff about Cobia Cobbler. If there is such a thing, it doesn’t sound appetizing to me.
Fishing tournaments whet my appetite. I have always enjoyed covering them for my newspaper because fishermen are great storytellers. I believe them far more than I do Al.
I also enjoy fishing tournaments because some of them have bikini contests. I like to look at the lovely contestants. My friends at the newspaper call me the King Leer of Fishing Tournaments. Heh heh, heh heh.
I also like fishing calendars for the photos of girls holding fish. One that has caught my eye is from Germany. It is the Carp Calendar from Carponizer, a company that sells equipment for carp fishing. I’m ordering both the 2015 and 2016 calendars.
Here is a description I saw at Amazon.com:
The 2016 Carponizer Carp Calendar is certainly one of the most extraordinary ideas of how this magnificent fish can be presented in an appealing setting. Carponizer has once more managed to courageously make every month of the year that little bit more special. Twelve magnificent carp steal the limelight in 2016, accompanied by women who are no less attractive.
Here is Miss November 2016:
I also like the 2015 calendar. Here are two bountiful babes:
Al B. Core can have all the Cobia Cobbler he wants next year.
I will have Carp Cuties all year.
