Yasiel Puig Thinks Throwing To Cutoff Man Is Hilarious (Video)

Yasiel Puig

If you had a cannon arm like Yasiel Puig, you probably wouldn’t want to throw to your cutoff man, right? That’s probably why Puig often overshoots his Dodgers teammates when attempting to throw a runner out.

But generally, it’s the correct baseball move which is why Puig, who is on the cover of MLB The Show 15, was seen throwing the ball to his cutoff man when the outfielder decided to play a few minutes of the video game.

The Dodgers star seemed to get a kick out of the baseball game, though, it was clear his favorite moment was when the game defaulted to having his ‘player’ throw to the cutoff man which Yasiel Puig seemed to enjoy a bit too much.

I don’t know why, but I find the fact that Yasiel Puig thinks throwing to a cutoff man is hilarious, hilarious myself. Of course, I’m not sure the Los Angeles Dodgers coaching staff feels the same way, though judging from how often we’ve seen the outfielder gun down his opponents it would be a tough argument.

Maybe Puig will become a bit more accustom to hitting his cutoff man this season now that he’s played MLB The Show a few times? And maybe pigs will fly too.
