While it’s been a while since Bone Thugs-N-Harmony were owning the Billboard music charts, they’re still one of the best selling rap acts of all time. So it’s with grave concern that former lead member Krayzie Bone is said to be battling a potentially fatal disease.
That’s the word from TMZ who says Krayzie Bone, who recently had to cancel his tour dates, is dealing with sarcoidosis – the same auto-immune disease which killed comic Bernie Mac.
Krayzie tells TMZ he suffers from sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the lungs. He thinks he came down with an intense case of pneumonia during a Canadian tour because his sarcoidosis meds weaken his immune system.
His doctors didn’t want to take any chances, so they ordered Krayzie to cancel the rest of his gigs and head back to L.A. for treatment.
Assuming nothing crazy happens, it’s expected that the Bone Thungs-N-Harmony rapper will return to normal health.
