Jack Nicholson says he’s ready to sell his Lakers tickets.
Looking for some courtside NBA seats? Perhaps some Los Angeles Lakers tickets? Then Jack Nicholson has you covered as one of the NBA’s most recognizable fans is over the Lakers losing ways.
It’s become so bad for Jack Nicholson he told TMZ he’s ready to sell his Lakers tickets as he’s just not into the team as much as he used to be. You know, when Kobe Bryant and company were actually good.
Jack Nicholson tells TMZ Sports he’s willing to sell you his for face value … since he’s not as motivated to go the Staples Center as he used to be.
It’s actually pretty sad … Nicholson — who’s been a staple at the Lakers games for decades — was leaving Madeo in Beverly Hills when he told us he’s just not as into the Lake Show as he used to be.
As a fan of a team who hasn’t achieved success in well over a decade I can understand Jack Nicholson’s frustration, but then again, my favorite team also isn’t coming off three straight decades where they posted a losing record once in thirty years. So, quite frankly, Jack needs to suck it up.
His willingness to see his Lakers tickets isn’t going to do much for the bandwagon stereotype fans in Los Angeles (and Southern California) have attached to them, which is sad for the true fans and die-hards who support through thick and thin.
