Miami Heat Owner Takes Shot At LeBron James, Cavaliers (Photo)

LeBron James

If you’re Miami Heat owner Micky Arison, there’s a special place in your heart for LeBron James as he brought the team four consecutive NBA Finals appearances and two championships. Of course, there’s probably also a strong amount of animosity harbored by Arison after James decided to leave the Miami Heat in free agency for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Admitting such publicly isn’t ever going to happen, though the Miami Heat’s owner did appear to take a shot at LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavaliers along with their fans on social media recently.

Just before wishing Dwyane Wade a happy birthday and watching Chris Bosh take the floor against the Kings, Arison randomly re-tweeted a Forbes poll which showed the unhappiest places in America to work. Atop the list? Cleveland, Ohio.

Make no mistake, there was plenty of reason behind this tweet from the Miami Heat owner. It was subtle and unless you took the time to put two and two together, you probably weren’t going to notice the jab at first. But unless Micky Arison was magically fascinated by what cities in America were the worst to work in, this was a clear punch to the gut of LeBron James.

Not shockingly, Miami was ranked as the best place to work in the United States with Sacramento, California ranking directly behind.

Somebody tell the Kings.
