NBA Finals: LeBron James Mocked By Draymond Green

LeBron James

In a matter of days, LeBron James‘ Cleveland Cavaliers will take on Stephen Curry‘s Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals.

So far, unlike a lot of title contests, nobody has really said anything disparaging about the other side. Well, other than Draymond Green, who mocked LeBron James. But this isn’t your typical trash talk – Draymond Green made his salty comments about King James a few years back when he was in college at Michigan State.

Most of the tweets have since been deleted by the Warriors utility man but a few like this remain:

That was an obvious shot at LeBron James’ once perceived lack of ability in the clutch.

There were a few more shots taken at LeBron James as well, including a suggestion that the Cavs star couldn’t hold the candle when compared to Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers and even went as far as to suggest DeShawn Stevenson could handle the former NBA MVP.

Seemed like quite a bit of hate on the part of Green, though, he’s not the first nor the last college student to make the NBA and trash a then current player.

Still, I have a feeling LeBron James is going to try and prove a point come the NBA Finals.

I've written on a lot of your favorite websites while I live in my mother's basement. If you only knew what a hard time I'm having holding these alligators down. Woo. | Twitter: @GuyHut | FB: @GuyHutSports
