Well, it wasn’t just New York Giants star, Jason Pierre-Paul who had a fireworks accident on the 4th of July. That’s because Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive back CJ Wilson did the same thing.
News on Jason Pierre-Paul and his injury has been slow to leak, but the same can’t be said for CJ Wilson who reportedly lost two fingers in the fireworks accident.

I’ve never understood why some people tend to think that fireworks aren’t exploding devices and that they can harm you if not handled properly.
Here we have two professional football players – two NFL talents who make their money with their hands – doing dumb things like setting off dangerous fireworks with no ill regard.
Seriously, what were they thinking?
I’m guessing they weren’t.
