Another day, another hilarious ‘press conference’ from Marshawn Lynch who was back for day two of Super Bowl media day.
And just like the first, it was filled with only a few words, this time answering every question with “you know why I’m here” instead of Tuesday’s “I’m just here so I won’t get fined”.
Lynch probably wasn’t a very happy camper this morning as not only did he not want to participate in yet another round of Super Bowl media day, but the Seattle Seahawks running back probably learned the NFL was thinking of significantly fining him for wearing his trademarked “Beastmode” hat.
The hat isn’t part of licensed NFL property, which technically isn’t allowed at media day. Of course, it’s made by New Era, who is a a league sponsor and the extremely smart Lynch made sure to feature the golden company sticker proudly.
It was yet another middle finger on behalf of Lynch directed at the NFL as the two continue to wage a public PR war against each other come the biggest time of the year for the league.
So far, you have to give Marshawn Lynch the advantage considering he continues to troll the league on a daily basis.
I miss when he liked calling Tom Brady the “God of Football” and suggested he was “hyphy”.
