Biggie Smalls once gave us the definition of ‘beef’ and while he might not have been talking about NFL writers, it now fits the mold. That’s because Jason La Canfora threatened fellow football writer Ian Rapoport on Twitter late last night during the NFL combine.
I’m not sure what the reasoning behind the threat was – I’m not sure anybody knows at this point – but the tweet has yet to be deleted and is certainly making the rounds this morning.
Perhaps it’s just a solid ruse on the part of Jason La Canfora and Ian Rapoport…or maybe we’re going full on 2pac/Notorious BIG here.
Damn. All you needed was a little violin playing in the background with somebody chowing down on some pasta and you have the closing scene of a mob movie.
