In one sense, Tom Brady dodged a bullet when the NFL couldn’t get their hands on his cell phone. On the other hand, Tom Brady’s leaked e-mails are creating quite the controversy, especially after he ripped Peyton Manning of the Denver Broncos.
Brady, who had his personal emails unleashed, already threw a fit over a $8,500 pool tarp earlier in the day and now has put Peyton Manning on blast.
It started off rather tame, suggesting that Manning only had a couple years left and Brady had eight (!!!) to his father, but that’s where things took a turn for the worse in a different e-mail.
While I feel for Brady in a way considering these were his personal e-mails, you can’t help but love the story line.
Peyton Manning and Tom Brady were already one of, if not the biggest NFL rivlary and now it’s only going to get juicer since there is personal smack talk involved.
As for Brady, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen the New England Patriots quarterback spit some game and a few NFL players have suggested that the Pats signal caller is quite the smack talker. It appears that extends both on and off the field.
Shame we’re still so far away from November 29th.
