They say snitches get stitches. But if you’re a tattling taxi driver, you get….your ride stolen?
That’s exactly what happened to a New York City cab driver, who stopped at a Manhattan police station to report his passenger – a hot woman who decided to get a bit reckless after she had too much to drink.
Understandably, the woman didn’t want to deal with the police considering her state, so she opted to……steal his taxi?
Yep.
Per the New York Post:
Tabares “was so drunk, she didn’t know where she was going,” Desir told The Post, adding that her friend was the “normal” one of the two.
While he was inside the station house asking for help, Tabares allegedly got in the driver’s seat and drove off.
“When I came back outside, they were taking off,” Desir said. When cops caught Tabares in Chelsea, she was vomiting out the driver’s window, the sources said.
The broker was charged with grand larceny, unauthorized use of a vehicle and DWI.
I’m not really sure where she thought she was going to go in a stolen taxi.
She could have simply walked away and most likely vanished into the night well before police could have found her – but nah, stealing a taxi is way more Grant Theft Auto 5.
