Hello babies! I’m back and better than ever! In my last blog, I went 0-3 picking against the spread. Two teams won outright, so I am changing my own rules. I will be picking three games each week and throwing out the spread.
My LOCK OF THE WEEK for the Tony Kornheiser podcast is Arizona over Buffalo. The Bills offense is ranked 30 in the NFL. No wonder why Rex Ryan fired his OC, Greg Roman. Expect big games from Larry Fitzgerald, Carson Palmer and John Brown. Expect the Honey Badger to make a big impact for the Cardinals defense.
The next game is the Tampa Bay Bucs beating the Los Angeles Rams. I expect Jameis Winston to bounce back at home this week after a poor performance against Arizona. Expect Case Keenam to turn the ball over and the Rams offense struggle to score points.
My last pick this week is one that’s hard for me. Everyone knows I am a huge Redskins fan. It pains me to pick the New York Giants over my Washington Redskins. Kirk Cousins has lost his locker room and the fan base. He makes too many mistakes in the red zone. The Giants have three dynamic receivers that will give Josh Norman and a weak secondary all they can handle this week.
